 I usually go out to a local resturant with my coworkers after work with friends. i am familiar with the fact that resturants over charge for drinks, however i my self would just appreciate it if you just openly overcharged me instead of trying to make it look better than it is.

one evening we went to the local chili's for a drink. my friend and i each ordered the 2 for one margaritas, and her boyfriend ordered 2 for 1 beer. now he didn't order a fancy beer. I had a great time there, the people were very friendly. There were many choices to choose from, and with a picky family, this place was great! There were many choices of drinks, appetizers, salads, soups, entrees, and desserts. The waiter was understanding and friendly. He always came to make sure that everything was alright, and was not too overwhelming. The food came out in a timely manner, which was great for us.   It has been my pleasure to have eaten at many Chili's in the past three years all over the country.  Chili's has always had the best food for the money and all their restaurants are of the upmost quality.  With some chain restaurants, you expect to find a slight decline in service or quality of their food and drinks at various places, but Chili's always has the best of both.  There is no difference in their service, quality, atmosphere or price.  Chili's has a large menu selection and great-tasting food.  Their bar drinks are out of this world.  The staff is always personable, efficient,...

Chili's is a excellent sit down restaurant.  Chili's is a very laid back place to go to get great food, in a great environment, at a great price.  They always have great promotions going on that let you eat wonderful food at a fraction of the cost.  They have a great menu with a large variety of food and they always have new promotional foods that come out every couple of months.  The food is never boring at Chili's.  They have excellent drinks and appetizers.  They have everything from Mexican food, to Chinese, to excellent steak house quality steaks, to excellent seafood.  Chili's...

I visited A Chili's Restaurant in Kendall, Florida. That was the last time I went to this terrible restaurant. They took 45 in seating us. It's a busy place and the wait is understandable to a point. We figured cool, no problem. We were seated. We promptly ordered and received our drinks (sodas). An hour after we were seated the food had still not been brought to the table. I asked for the manager ... I shouldn't have. Very rude person who said it was out of his control ... blah blah blah.

I will never go to any Chili's again. Very poor customer service ... all I wanted was to be treated and served...
