Chili's - Multiple Locations - Pompano Beach, FL —
Upon our most recent visits to Chili's we have been disappointed beyond measure. We had bad service about 9 months ago and yesterday decided to give it a try again. The waitress came by one time after taking our order to drop off the check, ask if we needed dessert and refill my already been empty for 20 min glass. We had to track someone down just to get a to go box. Last time we went after not getting my glass refilled for 30 min and waiting for the waiter to come back, the manager came out after we had had our coats on for 30 min waiting for our check with my spouse standing next to the booth for 15 of that trying to track someone down. He gave us a free meal, but we were still sorely disappointed. As a family of 5 who frequent restaurants, we rarely spend less than 80 bucks. If we dine out twice a week... 52 weeks a year..... usually to our favorite restaurants, as well as bring friends and family on most occasions, that adds up. Just wishing that waitstaff would realize what an impact they have on the business!
