I'm hooked on Chilis!!! Okay, I have a new "usual" at Chilis. The quesadilla explosion salad is a new favorite of mine. It's truly the BEST salad I've ever had. It's huge--now we've mastered the process. A friend and I split the salad and get the ????southwest something rolls as an appetizer. They are also wonderful, but not enough for a meal for one. They come with an awesome dipping sauce. The dressing on the salad is marvelous. I can't nail down the key ingredient in it, but I've not had a dressing like it before. There are four quesadilla triangles served with it as well. Again, if you are ravenous, get the salad for yourself. If not, you might want to share with someone. But either way, try it-you won't be sorry:)
