Great food with terrible service

The Chili's at Clackamas Towne Centre-Oregon has really good food, reasonable prices, and terrible service. I have dined there several times and had problems each time. Once, the waiter even dropped half of my food on the kitchen floor and served me what remained on the plate-without an explanation. I had to call someone else over to find out what the deal was. I had to request a new plate, as well as an explanation. They are also stingy with their space. Seven us of were crammed into a booth meant for four people, on at least 2 occaisions. When we asked to be moved, once our request was granted with a bad attitude, but we were told the section with the larger table was closed on the second occaision. I no longer go to this restaurant.
