Chili's - Multiple Locations - Pompano Beach, FL —
I would like to start by saying that I used to love, i mean really love Chili's. It was my most favorite places to eat. I had a new store open close to my house and I anticipated them opening for soooooo long and couldnt wait to eat there!! Well I went there today and I will probably will never go back. The service was awful and the food was cold and really bad!! I ordered mac n chez for my daughter and it was burnt on the top and cold!! I had the triple appetizer, the chicken was hard and cold but edible... i was hungry.. the eggrolls were pretty good then the spinach dip was cold too. I need that to be hot so I nicely asked the server to heat it up, it came back out 10 MIN LATER and still cold.... the cheese on top was still not melted- sent it back again...3 times i sent it back and every time it came back cold!! how is that poss!! the dish itself was cold. No manager came to see if we were ok I we paid full price for all the food and we didnt eat anything...I wont be back
