I cannot sleep without this mattress pad - I never wake up sweaty ever anymore! This would be the perfect cooling mattress pad except for a bad design. The pad cannot be separated from the external tubes and my cat bit through the tubing. It would have been so easy for them to have designed it with removable tubes, especially since they sell extensions. Instead I have to replace the pad and duct tape the tubes in hopes they don't get chewed through again, especially since I have to have the pump 4 feet away from the bed.
