budget conscious, not easily impressed, practical, pc-user, a busy person
Pros

    Lots of information, Help with school IEPs, Help finding doctors, Great blogs and support, Help understandin meds

Cons
    chat room not very organized

CABF is a great resource for parents of bipolar children.  There is great information on the latest research and trials, as well as how to deal with schools and EIP information.  There are also parent message boards where there is lots of information and support for those of us needing it.
