Let me tell you about our GRILL HOUND: — We raised a teacup Chihuahua from birth that was weaned off its mother too early. She fit into the palm of my hand at the time. We named her "Sparkles Taco Morales " because of her eyes and the TACO BELL commercial. I got a chihuahua about a year ago, named basil. He is a sweet heart and I love him dearly. I would suggest this dog for anyone who loves a little lap dog that really seems to love them unconditionally. — They are small, don't eat a lot, are easy to care for, and put up with a lot (like being dressed). — They don't like strangers though. In my opinion, the best dog to own would definately be the chihuahua!  I have 4 chihuahua's and I am in love with them all.  They are great because they are small enough to sit in your lap without hurting you or weighting you down, and you can be comfortable at all times.  Mine sleep in the bed with me.  They sleep all night without getting up and wait for me to get up first every morning.  They are super easy to house break.  They are beautiful, sweet, talented, loving, give kisses all the time, are happy all the time, have good temperments, never demanding or… read full review »

I looove my chihuahua. I bought her last year when she was four months old and we have had a wonderful time together so far. She is very sweet and loving, and definitely loyal. She loves to play and give kisses and will happily follow me wherever I go. She is definitely easy to care for and a great apartment dog. She sleeps during the day when I am not home and is ready to go when I arrive. She is trained to puppy pads in the home so I don't have to worry about accidents while I'm gone. I have had my chihuahua, Bella, for over a year now.  She's a great, loyal companion and loves any amount of attention we give her.  She goes crazy over treats and is quite a wonderful source of entertainment and amusement for us.  She loves our family dearly and just wants to be in the thick of whatever is going on.  She so small she can easily curl up with us and can go with us anywhere.  One drawback is that I'm afraid to let her outside on her own...she loves to run but seems to have no idea of boundaries and is full of energy.  When I move I'm going to think… read full review »

My little Chihuahua (Hope) saved my life  in my oppinion. I have many health problems and really needed something to love and to stay here for. She was there  when no one else would be. I never gave up on her and she never gave up on me. She had stoped growing while with her mother and they were scared she wouldnt make it so where going to let her....*croak* :P but I asked if   could hav her as a birthday present and fed her with a bottle for months.  I have 3 Chihuahua, each one has it's own personality.  None of them act like what people think chihuahua should. Only one looks like the Taco Bell dog, the other two, (they are all related) do not.  One is extreamly friendly, loves to meet new people, go out and he like to dress up in different outfits.  The other one is a bit skiddish with new people but, warms up once he sees it is okay, and the last one is a little prima donna, she spoils herself and makes everyone spoil her too.  From my experience, the are a cross between cats and dogs.  I  have cats… read full review »
