Chihuahuas Dog Breed Review

Let me tell you about our GRILL HOUND:

We raised a teacup Chihuahua from birth that was weaned off its mother too early. She fit into the palm of my hand at the time. We named her "Sparkles Taco Morales " because of her eyes and the TACO BELL commercial. She was an important part of our family until she went to that dog heaven in the sky.

We are forever grilling outside. So when my husband started up the grill, Sparkles would find a spot close to homestead until he finished cooking. Now for the funny part, he would always let her be the official taster. So if anyone else entered "THE ZONE" she would growl and go into attack mood with her hair raised high on her back. It was all an act but her way of letting you know that I rule this domain. Once my husband gave her a rib bone, if you really wanted a laugh, watch him try  to grab the bone out of her dish. It was so funny, she had the growl of a Rockweiller. But would mellow out as soon as he pet her.

She was so gentle with the kids since she was raised around them from birth. She never snapped any of them but would growl and let them know to back off. We miss her so much and she can never be replaced.
