In my opinion, the best dog to own would definately be the chihuahua! I have 4 chihuahua's and I am in love with them all. They are great because they are small enough to sit in your lap without hurting you or weighting you down, and you can be comfortable at all times. Mine sleep in the bed with me. They sleep all night without getting up and wait for me to get up first every morning. They are super easy to house break. They are beautiful, sweet, talented, loving, give kisses all the time, are happy all the time, have good temperments, never demanding or obnoxious. You can carry them everywhere, just stuff them in your purse or whatever, and no one knows they are around if you don't want them to. Everyone always pays them affectionate attention every time I take mine to town or to friends houses or where-ever I go. Plus they are so easy to travel with. They are just amazing!!! PS: mine don't bark all the time or at strangers, mine love strangers and try to get their attention and get petted by them, one of mine does shake some, none of them are selfish. They do shed during the spring, but not really any in the other seasons.
