Pros

    Carseat used with it rated #1 for safety, Comfortable for baby to lay or sit in., Sleek and stylish for the modern-day mom, Made very durable for long-term use, Can be used as a travel system., Lightweight, Easily folds for storage in vehicle.

Cons
    Can be hard to steer in tight places, Not enough room for putting items., You can not purchase as a travel system, Very pricey

I love this carseat.  The carseat that I bought to go with this stroller was ranked #1 for safety, which outs my mind at ease.  I have to problems folding or unfolding.  My son has plenty of room to grow into it.  Overall the only thing that is a major downfall is the price, but safety overides price.
