I brought it home and compared it side by side with my Maclaren Vogue. It has nearly the same features as the Maclaren for more than half the price.
The Chicco London has a 5pt harness, 6.5in treaded tires, 5 recline positions, an extendable legrest, a shopping basket, and a sun canopy.
However upon closer inspection of the London's seating area the depth of the seat on the London was shorter than the Maclaren by 2+ Inches!!
When my 2 year old sat in the seat his bum was hanging off, and therefor pushing his feet out past the footrest and he looked generally uncomfortable. Since this stroller needed to be comfortable for both boys I ended up returning it.
Had the seat not been so shallow I would have kept it, but it just bothered me to see my son looking so "cramped" in the seat.
A stroller like this should be able to go from 3mos-3years, but the depth of the seat on this stroller really prevents this unless the child is very petite. (My son is fairly average...almost on the smaller side of average)
UPDATE: 1/7/04
There have been MANY reviews of this stroller collapsing with children in it. Apparently there is a design flaw with some of the bolts and nuts where after normal use the nuts came off the bolts and caused (at best) seat sagging, and (at worst) the full collapse of the stroller.
Chicco knows about this problem, and issued a storewide recall, but didn't issue a FULL recall. So, consumers with this stroller CAN get it replaced by either returning it to Babies R Us, or by calling Chicco. There was also a recall involving the hood at the same time as the othe storewide recall...supposedly the clips that hold the hood onto the stroller would break rendering the hood of the stroller useless.
