Chicco KeyFit —

We loved the way the Chicco Keyfit and Cortina stroller looked first and foremost.  After reading many reviews though I decided it was a good purchase even though it was very pricey.  I hate the car seat now!!  It does not lock onto the shopping cart like most other car seats or on to high chairs in restaurants.  Plus, my baby gets soo hot in it we had to drive around with the air-conditioner on in January.  He cries every time he's in it.  I'm frustrated now that the weight limit on it is only 22 lbs never expecting my son to weigh 20 lbs at five months.  So now we have a practically brand new car seat and I'm already having to shop for a new one.  I do however love the Chicco Cortina stroller.  It rolls so nicely and can easily be maneuvered with one hand.  It did take us a while to learn how to open and close it and put the car seat on it.

With it being summer time our baby is wearing shorts and teeshirts and he sweats so bad in the Chicco carseat that he has a nasty looking rash on the back of his legs and elbows.

No car seat actually snaps into carts and it is recommended taht babies never be transported in a car seat "snapped" into the cart handles as this is not safe - car seats and carts were not made to safely do this.
