The Chi ceramic flat iron is one of the best gifts I have ever received. My husband purchased this styling tool for me over a year ago and I have used it everyday since without it wearing out. I would not buy it for myself just because of the 100 dollar price tag but my husband was thoughtful enough to buy it for me as a christmas present. Wow, I wish I purchased it years ago when I first heard of it instead of buying three or four less expensive brands only to find that they didn't give me the results that I was looking for. Save yourself money and buy the nice Chi first.
In less than ten minute every morning my thin, frizzy hair goes from boring and drab to slick and chic. I have never loved my hair and now with the help of the Chi I am happy with my hair. I can straighten and flip it out or in and even curl. The Chi heats up in a snap and provides my hair with the polished look I am going for without all the hassel.
If you have the money go for the Turbo Chi as it heats to higher temperatures for an even shinnier finish (my hair dresser has one of these models). But if you are looking for a good tool that lasts for years to come at a lower price then go with the basic chi. It works wonders!
