This yellow Chevy Corvette turns more heads around to look at it than the Mitsubishi Twin-turbo red AWD car I had previously. I bought this one used from a dealer in Houston who stood behind the car when it acted up within a couple of weeks. Seems it had an oxygen sensor go out on it to the tune of $550.00. They paid for all of the repairs from Corvettes of Houston truly a Superb dealer. The car is a stock 350 cubic inch which develops 350 horsepower to the rear wheels. When you take off the traction control you're able to smoke the tires for about as long as you want to power brake the car. You'd better hold on as the car will take off quite fast after that if you're not ready for it. That traction control really does it's job on this Vette. I also have the heads up display, the Bose sound system and the Z51 handling package with a brown (saddle) interior, with a removable center top so it's close to a convertible that you can get without a 'T' in the center. The top fits neatly in the spacious trunk area, that can hold all of our luggage without an unsightly luggage rack on the top of the car.
