When the fruit arrives moldy in a perfect box, you know that it must not be the transportation that caused it. When you attempt to contact them and they can't find your customer information there is a bigger problem. Read through the reviews here. If it is just me, then blow it off. If I'm part of a pattern, think about looking elsewhere. Ease of Use Customer service reps are unhelpful. Product Selection If you want crackers and cheese they can mark up and repackage as well as anyone. If you want fresh fruit it is a crap shoot. Product Pricing Average compared to others... high compared to fruit quality.

Never ordering again from these guys! Customer Service I had called the customer service prior to ordering a birthday cake for someone to find out what they do with the order if nobody is at home. My issue was there would probably noboby be at home when the shipment arrived. And I didn't want it left at the leasing office because it closes early and there was no way I could get the cake until next day. A nice lady at the customer service promised that they leave the package outside the apt if nobody ain't home. They won't put it at the leasing office. And that is where they left it -leasing office! You just spoilt someone's birthday with your half lies or half knowledge. .not sure which one. Shipping and Returns Top layer of the cake mashed!

CherryMoonFarms.com is a very attractive site with a limited amount of inexpensive prices. The site is very neat, clean and well manicured overall. The product selection is not grossly limited but it could definetely use an increase. CherryMoonFarms.com does not have a lead on it's competition in my opinion either - mainly because it's prices are too high for the overall size and quality of their products. Never the less, they do have some good things going for them as well. If customer service could make them leaders of the business then they would definetely be sprinting right along with the competition. They also ship the items with care and make sure that they are well packaged for an ultimate safe arrival. They respond to email inquiries quickly and address questions fully with no jargon. Now, if I could only get past them charging $44.99 for one dozen cup cakes, I would be a very happy customer. The site is decent but the prices are not. I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you compare their prices with similar businesses first. Product Pricing A bit high for the type of business they are in. Cherry Moon Farms has such a HUGE assortment of gift baskets and specialities. If you're looking for that special gift for the hard to shop for person or looking for that great addition to entertaining for your party, definitely give this website a look. I had no problem with my orders, although I'm very skeptic of the fruit baskets. Fruit is only best fresh, so I find it hard to count on the fruit in the baskets being fresh. I have not tried the Harvest Fresh Fruit Club. It seems like a fantastic idea, I just don't trust that the fruit will be fresh as some of my other fruit has not been up to par. It does include free shipping, so if you're willing to try, give it a go. Other then that, I've been very satisfied. Their quality of products is outstanding. Some of their baskets are very creative and make great gifts and they aren't just fruits, nuts and cheeses. They have coffee, Mrs. Fields cookies, wine, more desserts, and even spa products. The ones I have tried/looking to in the future are "Lunch the Italian Way", "Deluxe Starbucks Recharge and Renew", "Best with Beer" just to name a few. They also have DIY kits for bread making and vanilla infusion, which I've never tried, but definitely something I will keep in mind for the future.

I actually found out about CherryMoonFarms.com because a friend ordered me a "welcome baby cookie bouquet" when I had my last daughter. It was the most creative and thoughtful gift ever. I was absolutely amazed. So much so that I then went to the website to send her a "thank you berry much cookie bouquet" to show her how much I appreciated the gift and thought she put in to it. There are so many gift choices for different occasions that will make you say "wow". The items are very unique and I have tried everything from cookies to cakes to fresh fruit on their website and they are all absolutely delicious. But the absolute best food item that is offered on this website is the gourmet dipped strawberries. Just thinking of them makes my mouth water. Give them a try-you won't be disappointed!

We were given a fruit basket by a relative. We threw away a third of the fruit due to poor quality. An orange arrived with mold. The pineapple leaves had withered and it was rotten inside. Other fruit ended up in the trash because it was soft and squishy. We would not patronize a grocery store that had fruit this bad.

Recently purchased a Groupon deal for this website, $15.00 for $30.00 Cherry Moon Farms code. I thought this was a great deal considering I needed a little special something for Thanksgiving quickly approaching. I found a very cute glass pumpkin "full" or pecan cookies. I was glad I had purchased the deal, but quickly realized that shipping was $12.99 meaning that almost half of my money/code was already being used just to ship the product! I paid the extra balance on my credit card and figured it would still make a great surprise for the upcoming holiday. Upon arrival I was excited to see that it was packaged very well. However as soon as I opened it I was disappointed. On top sat a tiny box of boxed, not fresh, cookies. I continued to open them and quickly realized that there were only about 10 tiny pecan cookies (think of the size of cookie dough balls before you bake them.) Certainly this was not enough to treat my Thanksgiving guests! I put the small amount of packaged cookies away and will be baking my own cookies to put into the pumpkin jar. Very disappointed with the quality from this place. I expected FRESH basked goods and much more quantity for the prices they charge! I could have purchased the glass pumpkin anywhere, like Wal-mart, for $5.00. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! Not only do they overcharge, but they do not delivery quantity OR quality! DISAPPOINTED.

Do not purchase from this place I order two items going to different addresses the one got there the other never did. I called Cherry moon farms and they said they didn't know what happened and that they would upgrade it to a better basket and get it there by christmas eve. I called the people I sent it to Christmas eve and it never got there and then I checked my email and I got a I'm sorry email stating that they didn't make it there on time but would send it by the 28th. The moral of the story is it was a christmas present I wanted it there before Christmas not after and now my parents had nothing from me to open on Christmas. But cherry moon sent me a $10.00 off coupon. all I want to say is do you think I would ever order from nyou again I don't think so. You messed up my order then tried to fix it and still didn't get it there.

I had a gift card for this website, so I bought a membership to the organic fruit of the month club.  I got the first shipment, and was disappointed in the amount of fruit--only 4 kiwis and 2 mangos.  $40 for that much fruit is a lot of money!  The kiwi were great, but the mangos were rotten.  The one had dark, rotten spots on the outside (the size and shape of finger prints, almost as if someone had squeezed it too hard) & the other looked fine on the surface, but once my husband cut into it, it was evident that it was not edible--it was completely brown inside and it smelled bad.  I definitely expected better quality produce for the price I paid.  I emailed customer service & they gave me a credit for that shipment, which I appreciated.   Now I just got an email that this month's fruit shipment is delayed.  It's not that big of a deal, but combined with what happened with last month's shipment, I'm feeling a little wary.

I wanted to send something to my mother, some body bath and then flowers and something for my sister who cares for her i was happy with the discounted bath body for $30 when i saw the shipping at $20+ no worrries as they mention the refund at check out of $15 so i continued "no refunds after May1st through 9th *ha go figure*, when i checked out the total was $60 i clicked the shipping saving as told to do all the way through the purchase ... it then tells you sign up for savings on your NEXT purchase and they will continue to debit your credit card every month because this is one of those scams, BEWARE of buying from these people its too late after check out and what gets me is the added $9.99 for Saturday shipping ???? what the heck is that
