I love this ice cream maker! The best one I found that actually makes the cones look perfect and bakes them evenly unlike other brands I tried. It a good feature that you can choose how crispy and well done you want your cone to be and once it is done the light turns green which makes it easier and you don't have to guess when it is done. It is very well made and is super sturdy. I use it about once every week and it is worked well for me for the past 2 years with no issues at all. I love it and recommend it to everyone! Performance super easy. It looks like it will last a very long time. Settings/Features I love the features because you can choose how well done you want your cone to be and the light turns green once the waffle cone is done. Ease of Cleaning it is very easy to clean, you just need to wipe with a damp paper towel. Durability it is very durable, I had it for 2 years with no problems and it looks very sturdy and I am sure it will last me for a very long time!.

This is awesome once you get the hang of it. It is a little tricky at first to know the exact amount of dough on the iron so it doesn't make a mess, and also to roll the cones while they are hot but trying not to burn yourself. Ease of Cleaning like any waffle maker Ease of Use like I said, once you get the hang of it it's not bad

So this looked like a fun a new appliance to add to our collection and so when it was on sale one day we bought it.  We love to eat ice cream and I absolutely love homemade waffle cones but they are so expensive at those ice cream boutique stores  Unfortunately we have yet to get a good batch of cones of this machine.  Each time that I have tried to make waffle cones the batter gets stuck to the machine and I end up with really tasty scraps.  I am still not sure what the issue is here because I am following the instructions exactly as they are in the owners manual but I still can't get a good batch out of it.  I have called the customer service line and haven't been able to get a reason or a solutions to this problem.  I am hoping with a few more tries we can make this work, otherwise it will probably just be thrown away.  The upside is that this wasn't a very expensive machine so I guess the fact that it doesn't work isn't too big of a let down.
