Chef's Choice Waffle Pro - 830 Waffle Pro Waffle Iron - Heart Shaped —

I have had this Chef's Choice 830 Pro Heart Shaped Waffle Iron for a couple years now.  It has made many, many waffles for my family.  My grandkids love the heart shapes and seem to eat them better than regular square waffle shapes.

I like this waffle maker because it is so easy to use.  The no stick coating allows you to make the perfect waffle that doesn't stick [even without oil].  You can choose between soft inside or crispy all the way through waffles.  Once you set the dial wait for the light to tell you it is time to pour in the batter.  Then listen for the signal.  When it goes off the waffles are done.  It doesn't get much easier than that.  The iron comes with a full set of instructions as well as a little recipe book.  Once you've made a few you can get creative with new recipes or adaptations of the old ones.

The one thing I don't like about this waffle maker is that the cooking plates do not come out for washing.  You can't submerge it in water so you have to get a little creative in keeping it clean.  When finished store the waffle iron upright in your cupboard. It takes up little space and has a place for cord storage as well.  You'll be making more waffles with this kitchen helper.

I've never burnt them so I don't know the answer to that question. ;-)

If you burn the waffles is the cleanup a nightmare? We used the rotary one at a hotel in Niagara Falls and loved the waffles. Good review, Meri.

Sounds like a good machine. I stayed in a hotel where they had a waffle machine you could make your own. That was a treat. ;>
