Now to the YUMMINESS!  For years and years I tried hundreds of waffle recipes trying to get the perfect waffle.  Sometimes I did pretty well, but I never could maintain a perfect consistancy and it was a lot of work just for some grilled bread.  I'd about given up.  BTW, I'd also tried about 4 or 5 different waffle makers hoping maybe THAT was the trick.  Then one day I stumbled onto the CGM website.  I noticed that they have a hotel program.  Well, I'd eaten those!  I go out of my way to stay in hotels that have the waffle program since I couldn't seem to make a perfect waffle at home.

I bought one can just to check it out and FELL IN LOVE!  Then I bought myself an almost commercial looking waffle iron (like at the hotels, that flips & everything) and ordered a case of the waffle mix.  The house was smelling like waffles every morning there for a while.  And boy oh boy were they AWESOME.  I didn't even share with my dog they were so good.
