I love this grill. You use it indoors on your stove. You add water to the pan, set the non stick grill on top ans walla, BARBQ!!!You can add any of the flavored wood chips you use for outdoors to the water for added flavor and all the fat drips right into the water below the grill.Anything you put on a grill outdoors can be put on this baby. Its quick, easy and cleanup is a breeze. I JUST LOVE IT.
