CheapTrips.com was something I must have clicked on-line. I never use it on line but somehow they got my name and phone number. They called explained their travel club offered the cheapest air travel guaranteed.There was a membership fee and an upgrade from basic membership fee to access the entire benefit. I received a temporary membership number and while I waited for the packet of data to be snail-mailed looked up the airfare for a few trips we were planning. Not only were they NOT the cheapest by a long shot but I found fees advertised my local paper cheaper. I called and found out how to cancel my membership the next day. I had to wait till the data was snail-mailed because they wanted it all back. I waited and sent it return-receipt-requested back to them. I never heard another word from them and it took my sending my Visa card a letter requesting the refund to get my money back. If they call you HANG UP.
