Chateau d'Yquem capped off the perfect wine dinner ever...

I recently attended a wine dinner for a close friends 40th birthday party. They served Chateau d'Yquem and it was perhaps the most memorable dessert wine I have ever tasted. It was creamy, bold, oaky, sweet and full of amazing flavor. Hints of honey and cream. Just absolutely wonderful.
