Chase - freedom chase card visa Review

This is realy a nice credit card which does not have a annual fee. I am using this card for the past three years and had very less issues with it. I wont say I did not have any issues at all.
Let me talk about the pros first.
This has lot of rewards and I got a 100 dollars check for signing up this card. but u need to have a good credit for this card i guess. because my freind who came recently from india was rejected and not given the card. Also has lot of cash back options. If you accumulate 200 dollars in points then u can redeem it for 250 dolars. But this offer is suddenly stoped and I could not claim 250 dollars in my recent claim.
As i said earlier there is no annual fee. Also has good online features and you can see statement for past three years.

I really do not see any cons. Once  that when I did not pay with in grace peroid they have charged me 29.99 dollars. actually I missed only 1 dollar.
I went back to india and some automatic payment of 1 dollar cost me 29.99. I called the customer care and she was little rude that she cannot waive of the charges. But they have done it once before but she said she cannot do it again. I was a very loyal customer who used to pay the money ontime. even before my statement comes and had a very good history. Thet could have given me another chance.
