Chase - Credit Card —
I made the mistake of getting a car loan for my Mercedes with Chase bank. It has been a nightmare for me and they do not care. That is the sentence to remember from this review--they do not care. I like to pay online, it has taken hours to finally get the bugs worked out of their web site. I even got charged when I paid on time, they told me it was the "system", my way of thinking they are the "system". These folks need to be investigated for excessive fee charges. I will be getting out of this car loan as soon as possiblle and can not recommend anything about the credit card they sent me, I do not use it and intend to cancel it as soon as possible. Nice to have this space to vent in, hope this review helps someone and saves them the headaches I have experienced with Chase.com. I stated I was an agressive investor and a agressive saver and I am just not with this crummy Bank.
