Regular Customer Service sometimes are not so good.

They need more training in the regular customer service area so you feel more satisfied as a customer when you get off the telephone with them.

You do have to watch their fees and rates.

But the executives are wonderful they are professional, friendly, efficient, a pleasure to do business with because of them would recommend to others.
