Lots of cards that had great rebates have cut them, but Chase Freedom card still give you 3% on the top three categories of purchases, and !% on the rest. When you accumulate $200 in rewards, it can be redeemd for a $250 check, a 25% bonus and in real cash. The monthly rewards for bonus cash is limited to $12 (2% bonus on $600 in purchases), so you need to be aware that it is capped.I also like the autopay feature: I have the account linked to my bank account, so the full balance is paid every month by ACH on the due date, so I avoid late fess and interest.
Never had a problem, never had to call, so I can not comment on cutomer service.
