if i had to use credit card i would choose this one

in debt, paying cash, Every day computer user, on a strict budget

I now hate credit cards now that I'm into debt upto my eyeballs but I would choose this one over any of the others I've got because they are an alright bank. Customer service isn't the greatest but if you have a serious problem the "higher ups" are good at working with you. I got laid off from my job and fell behind in my payments and the good old bill collectors starting calling then I got a new job and a guy from Chase called and said if I made a series of payments he could take away some fees and get me back under my limit and on track again. Well I made the payments and at the end of it no fees were taken off, my account was closed and I was still over my limit. I was furious so I called and talked to one of the flunkies they have answering the phone ,he couldn't do anything, so I talked to his boss,she couldn't do anything and was very impolite. So I called corporate headquarters and talked to the head of customer service told her everything and she fixed everything like it was supposed to be.
