Chase's ustomer service associates are very polite and helpful and their website is user friendly.  I find their nterest rates to be fair and competitive.   Chase's reward points are for companies that I normally do business with and the gift cards are sent out and recieved in a timely manner.  The Visa card is accepted everywhere I normally shop or do business with.  I am very pleased with my Chase Visa Card.
