Best customer service of any card I have.

Pros

    settled dispute even when they lost, great phone customer service line

Cons
    website not easy to navigate, no photo I.D. on the card

Their telephone service line is always willing to research my billing history. The auto-pay gets the bill paid by direct debit so I don't get late fees or interest charges for missing a paper bill. At times when a disputed charge could not be settled with a vendor, Chase issued me a credit at their expense.
