    relatively high apr, customer service not very expedient, high annual fee

I have had this card for years . Chase has decided to raise my interest rate. They  are tripling peoples payment . I understand that people are not making payments, but I am not one of them.,so why put the unpaids on our backs.The customer service has gotten terrible.
