I had nothing but bad service in my experience in dealing with Chase. I avoid getting any credit accounts through them and will never bank with them.
Chase is not willing to give anyone a chance, if you have a late payment, forget about negotiating with them. I have an excellent credit history with credit cards. I make payments on time and as much as I can, pay more than the minimum payment due. I have dealt with many major credit companies and have several that have provided excellent customer service and been willing to work with me, and those companies will continue to receive my business, not Chase.
