I responded to an ad for 0% interest for the first 12 month billing cycles. they approved me and increased my credit limit within the first month. When I called in to check on my balance, I was told I had an APR of 23.34%, not the 0% advertized. I was told to write to their 'Correspondence Team' which I did but it was never resolved to my satisfaction, and I ended up closing the account. What made it worse was that when I tried to contact someone to let me know what was going on with my complaint, I was told, they don't take phone calls. I could not wait around to hear from them, until when?? By that time, I would have accrued finance charges on the balance. I say this bank needs a heck of a lot of improvement in responding to customer inquiries.
