Chase - Platinum Visa Card — 

   I had an item charged to my account in error.  I have no idea how it got there.  After MULTIPLE calls, three months later they credited my account!  The y were rude and couldn't have cared less about helping me.  Needless to say, I gladly cancelled my card.  I bad mouth Chase bank whenever I can.
