why aren't people discussing how awful this card is?

I don't know of a SINGLE 'pro' with this card. I paid my bill online from my CHASE CHECKING ACCOUNT and they claimed it was late... From Chase to Chase on the due date? When I brought it to their attention, they refunded the late fee of a whopping $39 but doubled my interest rate. Which means, find a new card and customer Chase.
