Chase - Platinum Visa Card —
I have been in Customer Service myself for more than 30 years. In all that time, I have never had such a negative experience as was given me by J P Morgan CHASE with their Platinum Card. One department of the bank never seems to know what another department is doing in regards to a given account. I became disabled and unable to work for a time period, and worked out a repayment plan with CHASE for the card. Harassing phone calls commenced immediately from other departments demanding payments. When I explained that I was already working with an agent in a hardship program, the agent would comment that they would notate my account. Yet the calls kept coming. When I would ask if the info was notated on the account, the next agent would comment that there was no such notation. There is no excuse for such sloppy customer service. When an agent says they will notate an account, they should indeed do so!
