  It always seems like the people that have "Money"  can get student loans easier and faster from the Government and and banks, etc.  I'm trying to get my Daughter loans and they say she doesn't qualify.  Since my divorce in 1999, when I got ordered to pay these bills, hurt me.  I have not credit. ... read full review »

I once had a Master-card from Chase. I used it like normal for years. One day, while i had spent the card almost to the limit in the process of moving, they tripled the interest rate on me (8.9% to 29.9%). They also did not inform me of this change. We got a notice from our previous mortgage company that we were being traded to Chase. After we waited a month to get an address to send our payment I called and talked to a young woman. she said she didn't have an account number to give me. She said to wait until the package came with the papers and the account number. Another month came up and my husband called and talked to a oung man. Same story. We would be recieving a welcome package and would need to wait until it came to get the account and address. Last Friday, we got a call, no message just a caller ID on our phone from Chase. This bank is the worst that I have ever experienced. They change your percentage rate without even giving you a reason or notifying you. Then when you call to ask...noone knows anything. I would NEVER recommend this bank, in fact, I tell all my friends and family not to use them. I will NEVEr use this bank. Horrible experience and horrible service.

Don't go to Chase

When my home was in trouble Chase came in befor the paper work was done took possession and made it very difficult for me to save my home.  They are not cooperative or speedy to assist just to take back.  I found my experience with them to be most discusting.

I love Chase because they are a great company.  They approved me right away and my credit card comes with some really great rewards.  Since my card is the Amazon card, I get gift cards for spending money that I would normally spend anyway.  Instead of spending through my bank account I can put it on my credit card and build my credit history while earning gift cards that I can use on something I truly love: books.  I have never had any problems with customer service or fees, and everything I need to know about my account is right on their secure website.  I recommend Chase to all of my friends... read full review »
