This bank is the worst that I have ever experienced. They change your percentage rate without even giving you a reason or notifying you. Then when you call to ask...noone knows anything. I would NEVER recommend this bank, in fact, I tell all my friends and family not to use them. I will NEVEr use this bank. Horrible experience and horrible service.
