We got a notice from our previous mortgage company that we were being traded to Chase. After we waited a month to get an address to send our payment I called and talked to a young woman. she said she didn't have an account number to give me. She said to wait until the package came with the papers and the account number. Another month came up and my husband called and talked to a oung man. Same story. We would be recieving a welcome package and would need to wait until it came to get the account and address. Last Friday, we got a call, no message just a caller ID on our phone from Chase. We called Monday morning and were told our payment was overdue for the past two months. Gosh we were lucky Chase in their benevolence is not going to charge us a late fee. We paid the two months but have not recieved any paperwork from Chase, we have nothing official saying we actually owe money to them except a paper from our former mortgage company. If our mortgage company hadn't sent us a notice to not send the money we would have had no idea Chase had our mortgage. We will be moving our mortgage from them to someone who cares as soon as possible.
