The Chase Hess Credit Card saves you 3% on gas purchases. For the first three months of card issue, there is a special 3% bonus, so you actually save 6% on gas for those months. The only proviso is that you have to purchase your gas at Hess stations. I noticed that some Hess stations charge more than others so you have to shop around.
