Chase - Freedom Card Review

We switch to this credit card after having trouble with the customer service on our Citicard.  Unfortunately Chase hasn't been any better.  They sent me the wrong type of card the first time around and it took 3 phone calls to get the right one.  Now they messed up my husbands bill payment because they computer system was behind and they are fighting him on removing the late charges and finance charges.  Unfortunately we can't switch again because of the effect on our credit.
