I have a couple of credit cards with rewards but I definitely prefer Chase's Freedom Card. You get at least $50 just for signing up (I got $100 because they were doing a promotion), which I think is one of the best sign up offers. 3% cashback on your top three spending categories and 1% on everything else. The only thing is that the categories included for 3% is kind of limited. I wish they included restaurants and movies. Even still, this is still a pretty good deal, and everytime you earned $200 in rewards, you get an extra $50 (but you have to wait until you get $200 to cash out).
