my payment was one hour late according to their records. It had to be made by 4:00 or would be posted to the next day. I posted about 2:00 p.m. Alaska time but was charged the $29.00 late fee as I found out when I called them they go by Eastern standard time. They had no grace period at all. I do not plan to use this card any longer.
