Chase - Chase Review

I have used this card for over four years.  I have traveled internationally, gone through college with this card, gone through my masters with this card.  The protection provided with this card is great.  I bought an item online and the company didn't provide the services promised, and charged me not once, but twice, Chase worked with me to protect my finances.  Their identity protection program is effective and they worked with me to make sure that I didn't experience such an issue again.  On another occasion, I purchased plane tickets and the air plane company went out of business.  Because I had purchased my tickets with my Chase credit card, the full cost of the tickets was refunded.  I haven't had many credit cards, but mostly because I haven't needed to.  I feel that Chase deserves my loyal business, as they have protected my purchases in the past.  I've been pleased that there haven't been hidden expenses and charges to me.  The online access makes this card a very user friendly card.  On all occasions when I have had to speak with representatives, they have been helpful.  I have had to wait some time in the past to speak with a representative, but overall, I am very pleased with the Chase credit card.
