Chase Bank makes it easy to handle your money!  I am a member of 3 different banking institutions for a variety of reasons.  My favorite bank that I deal with is Chase Bank.

1. Customer Service - Chase Bank'scustomer service representatives are truly the best I have personally dealt with.   Whether I am physically inside the bank, the drive-thru or on the telephone.  Chase's employees are knowledgeable and kind.  No matter how absurd of a question, the customer service rep. has an answer.  When signing up for linked accounts and bill pay, the employee inside the bank set everything up for me and I just hung out until he was done!

2.  Online Banking - My favorite feature of Chase Bankis the ability to bank online.  I am not great at recording debit charges in my checkbook and being able to sign in securely online and check my balances, record purchases and more is extremely convenient.  I can transfer money between my accounts, pay bills and get great banking advice. This is by far my favorite feature about Chase Bank!

3.  Bill Pay - Online banking has now eliminated the need for paper checks and postage stamps, when paying bills.  It only takes 3-5 minutes to add a new payee to your account and to begin bill pay.  As soon as you add the new payee (i.e. Verizon Wireless, Home Mortgage, Car Payment) and you can submit your first payment.  You can set up automatic withdrawals to pay these bills monthly or you can submit them yourself.

4. Alerts - When you are online banking, you can sign up for alerts.  For example, every time your debit card is used, you can receive an alert that it is being used, where it's being used and how much is being used.  You can receive these alerts in real time or once a day. This is a great feature to help you keep track of your cards, finances and help avoid credit card fraud.

There are many more features that makes Chase Banks easy, convenient, user-friendly and my favorite banking institution!
