Chase - Amazon.com Visa —
The Chase Amazon.com Rewards Visa is not the best credit card if you ask me. I honestly don't even know why I'm still using it. Chase online doesn't give me a clear history of my reward points, so I don't know if they're ripping me off or not, but I never seem to accumulate enough points to do anything!! Also, communication between the company and I is not very good! I recently changed my address and so they locked up my account! When I called to find out why I couldn't use my card, they said everything should be fine. Eventually I called again, and this time they told me the truth, that they had locked my card just for changing my address. They also notified me that they had recently sent a card to my old address! So, we had to cancel the card and they issued me a new number. I just think they ought to communicate better with their customer when a problem arises, or when they ship out a new card.
