Chase - Amazon.com Platinum Visa Review

         I've recently had a very bad experienced with chase card company. I try to make a payment on the phone on the due date and asked them if I will have a late fee. The guy from customer service told me if I go online there will be no late fee before midnight  I won't have a late fee. I asked him to canceled the phone payment so I can go pay online. It was nine o'clock that I went online and make a payment. Like most americans I tried to make ends meet and pay all my bills. Little did I know they charged me the late fee of $39  anyway. I called and complained they said it have to be paid by 4 according to their time or an extra of $14 before midnight.  They just give me a bunch of bullshits and won't cut me asome slack. I asked them "Is this your way to make money? Put millions of late fees together from the average and poor americans together and you become billions. I canceled my card right away and told I will give in my words about the card to everyone I know. Even if I go hungry or be dead on the street I won't apply for their card again.
