Chas Roberts Air Reviews

Our 1 year old new build home has a Chas Roberts air conditioning unit. It has now stopped working for the second time. The tech discovered that the first tech made a mistake when fixing the initial problem. After waiting 4 days and taking off work for Chas Roberts to come and fix the problem, we were told that since it was now after 12 noon, it couldn't be fixed until the next day. We now had to take another day off to have their mistake fixed. I feel that they need to work harder to fix a mistake made by their company. We had just bought a new house and  within a little over a year the A/C broke down.  Well they told us it needed a part they didnt have on the truck so they would have to come back the next day.  So we had to go to a hotel for the night or die of heat stroke.  The next day they returned put the part in.  I know we had other people in the neighborhood whos A/C also had trouble in the first 2 years of moving in.  OK WHATS WRONG WITH THIS… read full review »
