Our 1 year old new build home has a Chas Roberts air conditioning unit. It has now stopped working for the second time. The tech discovered that the first tech made a mistake when fixing the initial problem. After waiting 4 days and taking off work for Chas Roberts to come and fix the problem, we were told that since it was now after 12 noon, it couldn't be fixed until the next day. We now had to take another day off to have their mistake fixed. I feel that they need to work harder to fix a mistake made by their company. It should not cost us time and money for their error.
