Charter Oak is a joke.  They use the bait and switch tactic to have you pay their $75 application fee, only to inform you that you MUST take 20+ additional credits in order to obtain your degree.  I have more than enough credits to graduate and yet they still "found" credits that I will need.  Joke... read full review »

Ok here it is. I so hate it when i get these offers in my e-mail address. It's so annoying and I wish they would stop. Even after I take them off my received mail list, some how they still make it through. ugh. When are these companies going to learn that some peple just don't want to be bugged like that? I beleive in education. I beleive you have a right to choose the college you want to go to , but leave me alone.
