Charter internet in our area has actually improved greatly.  Having had it for 3 years now, service uptime is great, speed is great.  The only time I had to talk with Customer Service, was bad.  Long hold time and took a long time to resolve issue.  Besides that, the price is great and they offer 3 different speeds.  The rates are much better than the other "high speed" carriers.  Would recommend for home use.
